5.2 Preparation for the Move: You are responsible for preparing your items for the move, which includes packing your belongings safely and securely. If you request packing services, Mims Movers will handle packing, but we are not liable for any damage to improperly packed items.

5.3 Access: You must ensure that our moving crew has clear access to both the pickup and delivery locations. This includes providing parking space for our moving truck(s), ensuring no obstacles or hazards, and providing any necessary keys or access codes.

5.4 Liability for Items: You are responsible for ensuring that all valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items are properly packed and secured. Mims Movers is not liable for damage to items that are not packed or protected appropriately by you.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Damage to Property: Mims Movers is fully insured to cover damage to property caused by our negligence during the moving process. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, accidents, or failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
